GLENN CAMHI
writer, director, editor, co-producer

Glenn grew up in Stamford, CT. When his parents explained that the Muppets weren’t actually walking from the country to the city instantly, but were using these things called “sets,” he was hooked on filmmaking. Then he saw Star Wars and was obsessed with effects. By age 10 he was shooting Super 8 stop-motion animated films with clay figures, Star Wars models and the occasional small explosive. Upon graduation from Ithaca College, he computer programmed in Boston for a couple years before heading to L.A. to attend the American Film Institute. Since receiving his MFA in screenwriting, he’s been writing and living in Pasadena, CA. He's a member of the WGAw, and has a number of feature scripts he hopes to direct next. For several years he taught narrative structure and directed student plays for the internationally acclaimed narrative improv troupe Impro Theatre. In 2010 he made a 3-minute comic short (L.A. LOVE) as a one-man crew, but THE BUNGLERS (29 minutes) is the first film he’s directed with an actual professional crew. He used no Star Wars models and very few explosives. Glenn has won 3 Best Director awards and 4 Best Short / Best Short Comedy awards for THE BUNGLERS.


KYLE FISCHER
producer

Kyle grew up in Salem, OR. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University, and subsequently started a business before turning his interests to film and video. He was the Creative Director for an Oregon production company, IKE Media, and Producer for a community television station. Kyle also shot video for the Oregon State Legislative Administration, and was a part of an alternative education program that taught video production to high school students and foster boys. After moving to Los Angeles, he interned at Francis Ford Coppola's company (The American Zoetrope), and Charlize Theron’s Production Company (Denver and Delilah). Kyle recently received the Tom Yoda Scholarship for his work at AFI, and produced the award-winning short film Thule. He has won 4 Best Short or Featurette awards for THE BUNGLERS.

STEPHEN KEARIN

Stephen began his career with Bay Area Theatresports in San Francisco, where he was a company member for 14 years. He was a founding member of both Improv Theatre and True Fiction Magazine. Stephen is currently a member of Impro Theatre in Los Angeles and a founding member of 3 FOR ALL. His stage appearances include the stilt-walking Iago in San Francisco Opera's Otello, as Sally-Sue Weber in A Weber Family Christmas and he originated the role of Blaine Bustier in An Evening With Dirk & Blaine. Stephen is the co-creator of "Simlish" and was the principal male voice of The Sims, Sims 2.0 and Sims Medieval. He is featured in the DreamWorks Animation films Kung Fu Panda, Kung Fu Panda 2, Madagascar 2 & 3, Monsters Vs. Aliens and Megamind. He created the Martian languages for Disney’s Mars Needs Moms. Stephen is a visiting instructor at Stanford University and Cirque Du Soleil. He won the Best Actor in a Featurette award for THE BUNGLERS at the 2013 Idyllwild CinemaFest.

TYLER MCCLAIN

Tyler, raised on the North Shore of Chicago, has always been a curious, creative artist. At a young age Tyler began exploring the arts through dance, poetry and theater. She began Flamenco dancing in High School, eager to connect to her family roots after a trip to Spain. She later attended UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television, where she received her BA in Acting, and is now pursuing her career in both Los Angeles and her new home, New York.

FLOYD VANBUSKIRK

Floyd VanBuskirk is an actor who started professionally on Seattle stages and became very active in the improv scene. He was a member of several improv groups, and the co-founder and first Artistic Director of Seattle Theatresports, now known as Unexpected Productions. He moved to LA in 1995 and joined LA Theatresports, of which he was Education Director then Artistic Director, for two years each. During that period the company changed its name to Impro Theatre, and is now internationally known and critically acclaimed as one of the best long form improvisational theatre ensembles anywhere. They create completely improvised, full length plays in various literary styles and genres: Shakespeare, Chekhov, Dickens, Jane Austen, Tennessee Williams and Sondheim to name a few. Floyd is also a singer-songwriter and member of the band CATAHOULA, which is just releasing its second album “Second Sight.” He works extensively in Voice Over for film, TV and radio. Some of his onscreen credits are: Curb Your Enthusiasm, Reno 911, Las Vegas, NCIS, How I Met Your Mother, The Middle, Hart Of Dixie, blah blah blah yadda yadda yadda and lots of other cool stuff including A Mighty Wind directed by Christopher Guest and THE BUNGLERS directed by Glenn Camhi.

BRIAN LOHMANN

Brian began improvising professionally at age seventeen in the nightclubs of San Francisco’s North Beach. He was founder and artistic director of the award-winning, critically acclaimed “Pulp Playhouse”, which was formed at the Eureka Theatre during Oskar Eustis’ tenure. He performed Off-Broadway in Improbable Theatre’s LIFEGAME, hosted the TV version for TNN, and was theatre games consultant/dialog coach for Francis Ford Coppola. Regional theater acting credits include, The Old Globe Theater, Magic Theater and A.C.T. He has taught for the company of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, The Public Theatre’s Shakespeare Lab, NYU’s Steinhardt School, the Guthrie Theatre/University of Minnesota, The Huntington LAUSD Shakespeare Workshop, Dell Arte, Victoria College of the Arts in Melbourne, Pepperdine, Stanford and San Francisco State Universities and in Germany and the UK. He was core faculty at A.C.T. for seven years. Impro Theatre directing credits include Dickens UnScripted, Tennessee Williams UnScripted, Shakespeare UnScripted (co-director) and L.A. Noir UnScripted. Brian was composer/cast member for the improv/sketch show “BOO!” at New York New York hotel and casino in Las Vegas. His solo show, Johnny Lonely’s Unhappy Hour, was nominated for a Fringe first at the Adelaide Fringe festival and was a critic’s choice in Seattle, Melbourne and Edinburgh. Other solo work includes Seasonal Help at the Bayfront Theater in San Francisco and Captaining Titanic Leadership at the ACME in Los Angeles. STEPHAN DALYAI

Stephan grew up in New Jersey where he developed a passion for the arts and cinema at an early age (staging Star Wars reenactments wherever possible). Having decided to pursue cinematography at the age of 17, he began shooting homemade Super 8 movies and music videos, created a film production class in his high school and worked as a cameraman for the local TV station. He attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts where he earned an MFA in Film and Television Production, focusing on camera and lighting, and received two “excellence in cinematography” awards for thesis films he DP’d. Stephan also attended the Budapest Film Institutes cinematography program as a way to experience other filmmaking philosophies. He resides in LA, where he has been working for over twenty years as a Lighting Director in episodic television on such shows as Numb3rs, Hawaii Five-0, CSI: NY and Providence, and as an Independent Cinematographer. He won the Best Cinematography ("Platinum Remi") award for his work on THE BUNGLERS, at the 45th WorldFest Houston International Film Festival in 2012.

ELIZABETH VAN DAM
production designer

Beth's production design career began in music, production, and music videos. After relocating to Los Angeles from Minneapolis to pursue narrative film design with a deeper focus, she earned her MFA in production design at the American Film Institute Conservatory (AFI) where she was awarded both the Robert Boyle and Jack Oakie Memorial Merit Scholarships for Excellence in Production Design. Beth has since designed several feature films, short films, commercials, and music videos, discovered Kundalini Yoga and a great love for the Griffith Observatory. Her prior work spanned from event design to new media collaborative work—for which she was an artist-in-residence at the world-renowned contemporary art museum, the Walker Art Center; a drummer in various groups, a fine arts painter, a costume designer, and an avid bicyclist. DAKOTA KELLER

Dakota Keller is a costume designer, illustrator, and artist. She views all three pursuits as different forms of story telling. She earned her bachelors degree from the University of Washington, majoring in Visual Art and Art History. While pursuing a degree in Costume Design for TV and Film at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Keller designed three Masters Thesis Films for the American Film Institute. Since graduating, she has designed and assisted on more short films, while also gaining feature film and television experience on a range of different projects. Every object, place, and person has a history, and her goal is always to convey this history, real or invented, in an imaginative and interesting way. Trained in pattern drafting, sewing, sculpture, and art history, she can not only build the designs she envisions, but does so with an eye on materiality and authenticity. She has designed for diverse genres including military, period, comedy and horror, and she approaches each new script with excitement, creativity, and an eagerness to communicate and collaborate.

Daniel Groisman was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in October 1969. He moved to Los Angeles in 1990 to study Music Production at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood. Allen Simpson is the composer and co-lyricist for the Saturn Award winning musical Fellowship!, a musical parody of The Fellowship of the Ring. He's written songs for writer/director David Zucker (Airplane!, Police Squad!) and has created music for The Simpsons, The Sarah Silverman Program, VH-1’s Acceptable TV and the DVD for Jack Black’s Tenacious D in: The Pick of Destiny. He recently composed the music and co-wrote the lyrics of the song "High to Be Loathed" for The Simpsons during season 24. OWEN GRANICH-YOUNG

Owen Granich-Young was raised in Berkeley, California. He has a degree in sound for film from Hampshire College. Shortly after graduating he spent a year as lead sound engineer for Rien que la Verite, a television show about HIV/AIDS awareness which shot and posted on location in the Democratic Republic of Congo. His recent work has been a festival winner at Brooklyn International Film Festival, First Glance Film Festival, the GI Film Festival, and the NYLA International Film Festival. He won the "Best Sound in a Feature or Featurette" award for his work on THE BUNGLERS at the 2013 Idyllwild CinemaFest. He currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
